Frequently Asked Questions
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Thesis Planner. You can cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If the issue persists, contact us via email (see above).
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check your internet connection and ensure your Apple ID subscription is active. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If none of these work, reach out to us via email (see above) and we'll help you sort it out.
Thesis Planner is currently optimized for iPhone only. iPad support is something we're considering for a future update.
Please email us (see above) with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful. We take bug reports seriously and aim to fix issues as quickly as possible.
Our apps are currently iOS only. We don't have plans for an Android version at this time, but we appreciate the interest.
